The ingredients are 100% Fresh Organic Full Fat A2 Milk, with a minimum fat content of 3% and minimum solids not fat of 8.5%. It is homogenized and UHT treated, and should be stored below 25°C, refrigerated immediately after opening, and consumed within 5 days.
